Nintendo Game Boy classics Mega Man I, II, III, IV and V on Nintendo Switch Online now

Nintendo Game Boy classics Mega Man I, II, III, IV and V are finally on Nintendo Switch Online for their June update. Nintendo just announced they have added everyone’s favourite Mega Buster wielder today and no doubt many fans have waited a long time for its release on the Switch. Fun fact: Did you know Mega Man has a different name in Japan? He goes by Rockman ever since his release back in 1987.

Without further ado, here are the list of games and their summary:

MEGA MAN: DR. WILY’S REVENGE
Dr. Wily has resurrected his Robot Masters after his defeat and is seeking his vengeance on Mega Man. But that’s not all. After defeating said Robot Masters, Mega Man heads towards Wily Castle where more Robot Masters await him along with a Mega Man Killer constructed by Dr.Wily himself named Enker. Fight your way to victory and stop Dr. Wily’s quest for world domination.

MEGA MAN II
Dr. Wily’s back at it again! But this time he has stolen a time machine and travelled to the future. Confront enemies from the past along as Mega Man again in this sequel with his companion, Rush. Utilise his upgrades and blast your way through to Dr. Wily and a mysterious new enemy named Quint.

MEGA MAN III
Dr. Wily is once again looking to conquer the world and this time he has decided to power a new machine by sucking the Earth’s core. Defeat the Robot Masters and use their upgrades to stop Dr. Wily’s plans from coming to fruition.

MEGA MAN IV
After his defeat Dr. Wily has had enough and decided to handle things on his own by using a mind-controlling device set all robots to attack. The only ones who are not affected are Mega Man, Rush and Beat and it’s up to them to put a stop to Dr. Wily’s plans once more.

MEGA MAN V
Peace was nice while it lasted. But that all changed when a new robot named Terra drops from the sky and defeats Mega Man easily during a stroll with his sister, Roll. Waking up in Dr. Light’s lab with new upgrades, Mega Man must set out once more to restore peace.
