Helecia Choyce AKA SKG is an LA-based Hip Hop Rapper and Film producer. She was fond of music at a young age. Becoming a musician was her ultimate goal and her brother was the one who helped her to accomplish her goals.
Apart from being a prominent figure in the music industry in the US, her produced films were placed on streaming platforms the likes of Netflix, Tubi, Hulu, and more. In addition to that, she also runs an ad agency and is the CEO of three companies.
SKG is one of those people who do not have a “full stop” in their lives. Some people when they achieve something become happy and stop at it. But a person’s growth process should never stop that is why she keeps evolving and keeps exploring different fields of interest. At the moment, she is also focusing on writing and producing her very own TV show, “Girlfriends and Champagne.” The show is planned for the third season, which will be available later in 2022.
She is one of the best musicians in LA at the moment and she wants to influence younger generations and wants to become a source of inspiration for them especially the young girls. Her song tracks are available for the listeners on all popular music platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, etc.
The New Album, “Unfinished Business”
SKG’s new album named “Unfinished Business” has been released recently which she has dedicated to her brother “Trayveon Choyce” who introduced her to music at a young age. This album of hers consists of 16 tracks with features from popular musicians such as Boosie BadAzz, Paul Wall, Juvenile, Mistah F.A.B and Beenie Man, Mr. Capone-E, AD, Compton AV, and a bunch of others.
She is also the executive producer of the Album. In a recent interview, she talked about her album and she had a message for her fans about the album which we will be more than happy to highlight for you below:
“I’m happy I was able to executive produce my album. I worked very hard to make sure I was able to make an Album that reflect my diversity and who I have evolved into as an artist. I hope everyone enjoys my album and I’m grateful for the opportunities that I created for myself”.
The album consists of very engaging tracks that make us listen to the tracks, again and again. They will take you on a new musical journey away from your sorrows and daily life problems where you will find comfort for a time being.
